Tvisi is a member of the Impact and Learning team at Magpie Literacy, where she focuses on using data thoughtfully to guide decisions that prioritize student outcomes.

She began her career in management consulting as a generalist before discovering a passion for education. Since then, she has worked across both public and private sectors to build strong, data-informed cultures that drive meaningful impact.
