What is Run the Future?

Run the Future is an interactive program that ignites innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in young people.

Through Cambiar's CREATE process, learners transform their ideas into viable ventures. Students don’t just learn theory; they build solutions to real problems while mastering critical life skills like problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking.

There is a critical disconnect between traditional academic preparation and workforce expectations. The demand for durable skills is overwhelming as employers can’t find the talent they need.

How It Works

Students identify a real-world problem they care about, learn and apply innovation skills to develop a solution, and create a pitch and demo to showcase their ideas during a live pitch competition. At the pitch competition, students present their ideas to their community and a panel of judges for the opportunity to win prizes, such as monetary support for their venture and ongoing mentoring.

Our model is designed to be turnkey and high-impact, fitting seamlessly into existing courses, capstone projects, out-of-school experiences, or standalone programs.
