Quest for Success

An open source, project-based career exploration curriculum for school districts and educators to help students investigate and navigate potential future careers.

Quest for Success is taught at scale in Louisiana and across districts in Texas, and has been downloaded by hundreds of educators from 48 states and 20 countries.

What the Curriculum Includes:

8 units that progress from self-awareness → leadership → planning for the future through engaging projects

Unit and lesson plans, teacher guides, and student resources

Project-based performance tasks (examples: website redesign, food truck launch plan)

The course is developed by experienced educators and informed by best practices in education, labor market data, and employer demands, with support from nationally-recognized resources and partners.

Quest Treks

A career exploration program that integrates immersive simulations, structured reflection, and AI-enabled tools to build durable skills and navigation capability.

Students try on different role types and uncover insights about their strengths and interests. They discover what fits, and move forward with confidence and a plan.
