As Project Manager for Cambiar Catalyst, Monique leads the coordination and execution of strategic projects, learning experiences, and partnerships that empower education leaders. She serves as a key liaison between fellows, partners, and internal teams, ensuring inclusive engagement, effective communication and operational excellence.

Monique is a people-centered leader with over 15 years of experience in human resources, learning & development, and project management. She’s passionate about building inclusive workplaces where people feel like they truly belong. Over the years, she’s led large-scale programs at organizations like Teach For America and Meta.

Monique holds a B.A in English and Leadership Studies from Hampton University and a M.Ed. in Urban Education Policy from Boston College.
