Kitty is an Analytics Engineer at CEMD, where she builds automated data collection pipelines, maintains analysis-ready datasets, and expands and refines how data is collected and structured at scale.

Prior to joining CEMD, she was a data engineer at Ellevation Education, where she engineered production-grade data pipelines to integrate education compliance and testing data. Before that, they were a data analyst at Northwestern’s Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing, where they built automated workflows to clean, transform, and prepare large epidemiological datasets and conducted statistical analyses for government-funded studies focused on the social determinants of health in LGBTQ+ populations. They enjoy finding creative solutions to messy data problems and making data and documentation accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

She has a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Psychology from DePaul University.
