In her role as Data Operations Specialist, Jacquelyn partners with the Director of Data Strategy & Operations to ensure the organization's district curriculum database remains one of the most comprehensive and trusted resources in K–12 education.

Before joining CEMD, Jacquelyn spent 29 years with Pearson, leading business process improvement, operational strategy, and data management initiatives across the education publishing industry. Throughout her career, she has led enterprise initiatives involving CRM optimization, product information management, taxonomy development, workflow automation, and business process standardization.

Jacquelyn holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University and an M.S. in Publishing from Pace University. In her free time, she volunteers in her local school district and enjoys cheering on her son at his lacrosse, football, and basketball games.
