She brings over a decade of experience as a counselor, guidance director, and researcher, with deep expertise in school systems and data-informed school improvement. Emma holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University and has specialized training in data analysis, grounding her work in both rigorous research and practical application to improve outcomes for underserved students.
