At Cambiar, Carla leads and manages communications and strategic projects, including grant giving programs, entrepreneur communications and relationship-building, and key organization-wide operational systems. In this role, she helps to ensure effective project implementation and the development of internal systems for optimal workflow, execution, and entrepreneur support. 

Prior to joining Cambiar, she led recruitment and communication efforts for The Broad Academy, a leadership program for public school superintendents and CEOs.

Carla has worked in consumer and brand marketing for the Walt Disney Company and for online retailer, eToys. She served as head of development for the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles, and as a consultant for clients such as Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Johnson & Johnson.

Carla earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Denison University.
