Oluko Learning builds assessment and instruction tools that reveal the strengths standard tests miss, then helps teachers build lessons around them. Oluko has already reached over 10,000 learners, serving as a design and research partner on a national study of how to support durable skills in the classroom.

Temple has spent her career making sure the door to opportunity stays open for every learner, built on a simple belief: when a student feels safe, welcome, and truly understood, there's no limit to where they can go. In 2018, she launched a research and technology incubator at Duquesne University's School of Education, developing a methodology now used by organizations across the country. Programs she built there, including Youth Leading Change and Girlhood Rising, have helped educators and students run local research that turns new ideas into real classroom practice. Now a visiting scholar at Columbia University's Gordon Institute, Temple studies how assessment can capture the full picture of how kids learn and grow, work she's built Oluko Learning to put directly into practice.
