Most people with a good idea for change never get the time or support to turn it into something real. The Mira Fellowship gives them both: a reflective fellowship experience paired with rigorous design thinking, so rising leaders leave with more than an idea. They leave with a clear story, a tested plan, and the confidence to pursue it at scale. Fellows are already turning their visions into real pilots, programs, and campaigns that challenge the status quo.
After earning her master's at Stanford, Co joined the founding team of the African Leadership Academy in South Africa, where she built a curriculum in leadership and entrepreneurship that's since helped launch ventures and movements shaping the continent's future.
