After Hurricane Katrina, Ben founded Sci Academy in New Orleans, a school built for students entering far below grade level, which became one of the city's top performers and the foundation for Collegiate Academies. That work convinced him that schools fail students who need the most support not from a lack of care, but from a lack of leadership tools. As the parent of a child with significant special needs, the mission is personal to him. He co-founded All Means All to close that gap: giving school leaders the tools to build schools that work for every student.

Lindsay Kruse, Co-Founder & CEO, All Means All

Before All Means All, Lindsay spent over a decade building leadership programs, starting on the founding team of Uncommon Schools, then leading the Leverage Leadership Institute and later the National Principals Academy Fellowship at Relay Graduate School of Education, growing it more than fivefold. Along the way, she worked closely with experts across education and policy nationally to build resources for educators. As the parent of two children with learning differences, she co-founded and now leads All Means All to give more leaders the tools to build schools where every student is seen and has a real path to their goals.
