Our Master Innovators program is redefining the way students prepare for the future.

We partner with school systems and youth-led community programs to spark entrepreneurship among student innovators.

Youth leaders learn the innovation cycle, specifically Cambiar’s CREATE Process, and use it to explore community needs and address critical challenges.

Workshops.

Through a close examination of local youth and global leaders, students reflect on their own purpose, passion, and journey as change agents. They establish identities as change agents who can shape their own future.

Skill-Building Activities.

Students learn and hone relevant future-ready skills that build the foundation for them to drive community change. They practice and apply skills throughout the program, and receive coaching from trained facilitators to help them succeed.

Student-Led Projects.

Using a design process used by innovators around the world, students explore community needs and opportunities to solve a real-world challenge. They develop tangible solutions that have a measurable impact on their community.

“Master Innovators showed me that I have way more power than I thought I did. I can create change if I want to, which we're doing.

I always thought creating change was something that people need to have money to do and they had to be really important in the community to do. But then I realized that we're literally all important you just have to put yourself out there. . . you can do whatever you put you mind to.

You just need to believe in yourself.”
